Step 1 Payment of 50% of your web site total cost secures your order. When we receive your order and payment we will schedule you into our project list. It takes about 2-3 weeks to have your site ready from the time we receive all your images and text. Step 2 The first step we take is to email you a questionnaire that will help us to understand the style of site you are looking for. Step 3 The next step is for you to return the completed questionnaire to us, together with all your image and text files. Depending on size, we will advise you to deliver the materials via online upload or CD by mail. We cannot commence work on your web site until we have received all your image and text files. It is very important that you send us high quality images of your work as well as final, complete and proof read copy documents to avoid problems down the line. Step 4 Based on the aesthetic of your work and the content of your artist statement, we will propose a design style and color scheme for you to consider and approve. Step 5 Upon your approval of the design, we will commence work on the development of your website. Also, at this time, we will register your domain name as requested by you. Step 6 We will complete the design of your site and make it live and public upon settlement of your final bill (the remaining 50% + payment for any additional services requested)
